This commercial project was designed in 2001 and involves making use of spare floor area created in an existing building by changes in area calculation methods of the planning regulations. A new low-rise showroom and retail element is constructed on an existing open space that is currently under-utilised.<\/p>\n

A signage wall wraps the party wall of an adjoining development and creates an eye-catching entry statement that evokes memories of the Odeon cinema that used to occupy the site. A rooftop garden provides a place for product launches for the showroom and gives greenery and shade to this inner-city site.<\/p>\n","images":["https:\/\/www.woha.net\/prod\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Odeon-Towers-1_resized.jpg","https:\/\/www.woha.net\/prod\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Odeon-Towers-4_resized.jpg","https:\/\/www.woha.net\/prod\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Odeon-Towers-3_resized.jpg","https:\/\/www.woha.net\/prod\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Odeon-Towers-2_resized.jpg"],"video":"","video_title":"","thumbnail":"https:\/\/www.woha.net\/prod\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Odeon-Towers_-Thumbnail.jpg","client":"-","full_addresss":"331 North Bridge Road ","city":"","google_maps_link":"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/8qCQzMz1NH72CZ4e8","design_inception":"16\/01\/2002","show_completion_date":["true"],"completion":"29\/11\/2003","collaborator":"","size":"22,989","ebrochure_link":"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/scl\/fi\/1ffo5l7ahh4zbjblmzb8g\/OdeonTowers.pdf?rlkey=czialotre7lhd52akjqch0u2l&dl=1","ebrochure_path":"\/Consultants\/WOHA_Favorite Medium\/WOHA website\/Project PDFs\/OdeonTowers.pdf","green_plot_ratio":{"label":"Green Plot Ratio","value":""},"community_plot_ratio":{"label":"Community Plot Ratio","value":""},"civic_generosity_index":{"label":"Civic Generosity Index","value":""},"ecosystem_contribution_index":{"label":"Ecosystem Contribution Index","value":""},"self_sufficiency_index":{"label":"Self Sufficiency Index","energy_label":"Energy","energy":"","food_label":"Food","food":"","water_label":"Water","water":""},"related_awards":"","_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/woha.net\/zh\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project\/2351","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/woha.net\/zh\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/woha.net\/zh\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/project"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/woha.net\/zh\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2351"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"typology","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/woha.net\/zh\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/typology?post=2351"},{"taxonomy":"project_status","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/woha.net\/zh\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project_status?post=2351"},{"taxonomy":"country","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/woha.net\/zh\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/country?post=2351"},{"taxonomy":"system","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/woha.net\/zh\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/system?post=2351"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
