Herbert Salim


Herbert received his Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1998 from Tarumanagara University, Indonesia. Prior to joining WOHA, he worked with architectural design consultants in Jakarta and Singapore.

His strong interest in innovative and refined design works had brought him to join WOHA in 2007, handling hospitality projects in China and Indonesia. Herbert has been involved in various projects ranging from commercial, public housing to institutional, providing guidance in design and construction execution.

Notable projects include the Intercontinental Sanya Resort (Hainan, China), Capitamall Tianfu (China), Alila Villas hotel in Bali and Bintan (Indonesia), Omnia Day Club Bali (Indonesia), Skyville @ Dawson, Pan Pacific Orchard, Lyf Co-live Residences at One North, BRAC University (Bangladesh), and the Singapore Institute of Technology campus.
