Les Maisons Nassim

Les Maisons Nassim redefines luxury living in Singapore by seamlessly integrating architecture with the surrounding natural landscape. Drawing inspiration from traditional black and white bungalows, the development features 14 residences in three distinct stone blocks, each offering expansive views and unparalleled privacy.

The design emphasizes a connection to nature through extensive gardens, cascading water features, and a focus on natural light and ventilation. The residences, with their expansive 21-meter wide column-free living spaces open onto private gardens and balconies, create a sense of spaciousness and tranquility.

The stone facades, with their latticed brise soleil, are both visually striking and environmentally responsive, providing shade and ventilation while maintaining views. The elevated garden level extends the living experience beyond the individual residences, offering shared amenities and a connection to the surrounding greenery. Les Maisons Nassim sets a new standard for high-end residential living in Singapore, offering a harmonious blend of contemporary design, luxurious amenities, and a deep respect for the natural environment.
